NO-ROTATE WASHER, FAUCET PARTS
Description: This is a standard washer set in a brass cup, with two prongs for attachment to the faucet stem.
Buying information: In some cases the cup or rim on the stem where the washer has been mounted is so worn that an ordinary washer will not seal. Or you may have difficulty getting the right size stem. Here, a no-rotate washer is suggested. It is a washer and seat in one. Various sizes are available. They don't rotate like regular washers, so they don't get the same kind of harsh wear.
How-to hints: To use a no-rotate washer, first file or pull off the end rim of the stem with pliers. Snap the washer into the screw hole in the stem.
