DRAPERY HARDWARE INTRODUCTION
One overall tip for drapery hardware is not to use any nails to mount it, even if they are provided. Instead use small screws, first drilling pilot holes for them. If the molding that the hardware is mounted on is old and brittle, nails will split it, and so will screws that are used without first drilling pilot holes.
