JALOUSIE GLASS

Description: These are narrow strips (3 1/2, 4 1/2, or 6 inches wide) beveled on the side edges, up to 48 inches long, and of plate glass (1/4 inch) thickness. Length is cut to size.

Buying information: It is used on jalousie doors and windows. The 3 1/2-inch size is still popular as shelving.

How-to hint: After cutting, smooth edges with silicon carbide sandpaper.
